How is it made?
All the jewellery is made from real orchids,
roses and foliage. Preserved and
handcrafted in Thailand using silver,
24K gold plating or clear lacquer.
Our supplier in Thailand is
backed by Novica in
association with
National Geographic whose aim is to support craftsmen and small factories. All of the flower jewellery is fairly traded! Fresh orchids, roses & foliage are selected for quality, shape, size & colour. They are wired in preparation for electroplating. Partially plated pieces are covered with a protective coating before plating. Racks carrying the fresh orchids, roses & foliage are wired onto it & lowered into tanks of base metal 12-14 hours. This stage preserves the flower real shape & gives the flower strength. The floral jewellery pieces then undergo further electroplating for added strength.

Beautiful range of shawls and scarves to suit any occasion many are made from silk or velvet and can be adorned in sequins or hand dyed.
